It is in two pieces: 1 - black cover, and 1 - cushion. The black cover seems well made. The cushion has a gray nonskid side. It fit good on the stool but there is not a lot of cushioning. ### ⭐⭐ "memory" foam is to thin *by B***M on Reviewed in the United States on September 28, 2018* The appearance and finished cover is very nice. However, the most important element is the foam for the tush! I am not sure how they can call it memory foam when it is so thin.....there is very little available to "bounce" back. I'm also not heavy - I'm 130 lbs. If you're buying it for decor, it looks really nice and is well made.
