Once you place your order, you’ll receive an impression kit in the mail to create molds of your teeth. The kit comes with clear instructions and extra packets in case your first attempts don’t go as planned. After making the impressions, you can send photos via email or WhatsApp to a designated number for approval. I opted for WhatsApp, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. Once your impressions are approved, they’ll send you a prepaid label to ship them to a local address in the US. In about 10 to 14 days, your retainers will arrive in the mail. My only issue is that this particular retainer did not work for the needs of my teeth. This has nothing to do with the retainer itself though. I reached out to the seller and they sent many different things for me to try so that the retainer could work for me. When this did not work, they ultimately decided to send me a different type of retainer that we knew would work, completely free of charge! They are incredibly passionate and make everything right!
