It’s helping my back tremendously. Very good quality. Just remember it takes at least 24 hours before it relaxes the shape from being compressed by shipping.
Review: Way more comfortable for working on the couch and writing papers. My posture is much better and I have less shoulder pain. Also good for eating!

I’m very happy with my purchase. “I have No Problem with the armrest”. They have solved that with a wraparound strap and a little pocket to keep the strap in place. It’s helping my back tremendously.
