Review: One month after purchase and still impressive - I waited a month to review as many others have criticised this item for losing it stickiness but I have no complaints. Firstly, it's so easy to use with no need for gel to be applied. Self-explanatory control buttons and unlike some other reviews I received detailed instructions. USB charging is also very handy. Regarding the adhesive pads I would say there has been no deterioration after using seven days a week for one month. I tend to use it when I am lying flat in bed so it's possible some of the critical reviews are from users who are constantly on the move when wearing the pad. I can imagine this would be a sterner test but I have no complaints. I would also recommend that it's worth taking a little bit of time to make sure the pads are properly replaced on the mat after each use. This will help to prolong effective use. Von wegen es gibt keine Ersatzpads. *by N***R on 30 August 2021* Mein EMS-Studio hat schon seit einer Ewigkeit geschlossen. Nach einem Fernsehbeitrag habe ich mir diesen EMS Bauchtrainer und den passenden Po- & Armtrainer bestellt. Mit den Trainern bin ich total zufrieden. Ein wirklich super Ersatz zum Studio.. Feedback nach 2 Monaten: Wer glaubt nach nur wenigen Tagen einen Unterschied zu sehen, den muss ich leider enttäuschen. ABER, wer langfristig mit EMS Trainiert wird den Unterschied sehr wohl merken. Tipp für alle Ungeduldigen: Zusätzliches Training beschleunigt die Ergebnisse! Das muss nicht während des EMS Trainings sein - davor oder danach ist auch okay (die Info kommt von meinem Trainer aus dem Studio)! Die Intensität ist mehr als ausreichend und ab Stufe 9/15 ist bei mir schon Schluss. Feedback zum Trainer: Größte Sorge war, wie in den Bewertungen beschrieben, die Haltedauer der Pads. Da wurde ich aber positiv überrascht. Die Pads halten auch noch nach 2 Monaten! Nach jedem 3. Training halte ich die Pads (wie beschrieben) unter warmes Wasser und lasse diese an der Luft trocknen. Habe mir vor 2 Wochen aber ein neues Ersatzpad (nach 6 Wochen Training) bestellt. Nach der häufigen Nutzung, völlig okay! Allgemein kann ich sagen, dass der Trainer sehr hochwertig ist und das diese Trainer eine super alternative zu EMS Studios sind!
