This review is in regards to how the items were packaged and the amazingly swift and helpful feedback I got from the seller. The apparatus arrived in two boxes and I was a little nervous because one box seemed especially large. The package was light. Inside the larger box was a smaller box containing all the materials listed on the advertisement packed tight in black styrofoam. I double-checked, everything is there, nothing broken, and although everything was firmly in place it was easy to remove each piece. The apparatus materials were somewhat smaller than I had imagined but right now I don't have a lot of product, so it is the right size for experimentation. Problem: I had no idea how to assemble a distillery and there were no instructions in the package. I wrote to The seller and she answered me within 24 hours. The response was very personable and encouraging, yet professional. The email contained written instructions in a file and also links video instructions on how to assemble and use the product. Video has some nice calming music as well. I'm a bit nervous about the alcohol burner but everything I have read about them is positive. So far I am very pleased.
