Works for what I need

Great for the kids stalking stuffers. My kids are in club sports and when they’re in the convention center the battery on their phone drains quickly. This was a no brainer for a Christmas gift and something that they actually use

Everything works, no issues so far. Great value, and the only thing I would point out is the quality of the plastic protecting it (it’s a little cheap).

The hard drive is very portable and easy to use. It plugs in easily with usbA or usbC connection. It does get warm with extended use. The capacity of 1T is great for my purposes.

Horrible write speeds. Larger files (2-3 gigs) slow to a crawl. Writing multiple,smaller files simultaneously doesn't suffer nearly as badly from this slowdown. Hung up during the very first transfer, causing me to reformat it and start from scratch. Edited to add that the seller reached out, and was very kind in working with me with this drive. Even with its' limitations explained, this drive is obviously just a defect (as any brand is subject to), as data written shows corrupted at times, then might be accessible later, across multiple devices. Terrific customer service to make sure that their customers are satisfied.

Pretty decent drive, for the money. I did some speed tests and got around 450M/sec. My only complaint is the length of the USB cable. it's only about 1 foot long. It would be nice if it were about 3 feet long. I'll probably buy a cable from Amazon for about $8.

I was trying to backup a hard drive and I didn't want it to take two weeks. A 100gb file transfer took less than an hour, whereas when I tried the same thing with a basic flash drive it took 9hours ( I didn't have the patience for that, hence this purchase).

Mi serviva un hard disk esterno, ma quando ho aperto la confezione sono rimasta stupita del suo peso, è leggerissimo, molto più di un cellulare di quelli sottili. La parte in plastica nera è ruvida e questo a mio parere consente una migliore presa quando lo si maneggia. Rapido nel trasferimento di dati e molto sottile, quindi comodo anche da portare nella tasca di una borsa. Usb subito riconosciuto e devo dire che ne sono ampiamente soddisfatta. Consigliato

Works fine with good transfer speeds. I initially thought it had bad speeds but that's because the drive I was copying from (into this new one) was plugged into a bad usb port.
