I was looking for a clearer picture to get an idea of the needles. The package delivered was in a satisfactory condition and pack was sealed.Most Important Tip: Disinfect it with a solution of Dettol before and after use by dipping in the solution for 30 minutes to avoid any kind of infection on your skin. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This seems like a great product *by A***N on Reviewed in India on 18 August 2018* This roller is very easy to use. You can use the roller up to three times a week. I disinfect it with rubbing alcohol before and after using it. It does cause a minor needle-like sensation while rolling. It is definitely not bad. The needles are not long enough to cause any bleeding, but my face is definitely red after using the roller. The day after you use this your skin will be glowing. I have definitely noticed a reduction in the size of my pores. Use after washing your face, then follow up with your favorite serum and moisturizer. Will be purchasing replacement heads when the time comes. Love it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective and low cost *by O***! on Reviewed in India on 7 March 2019* Dermaroller is probably most effective solution for scars ,enlarged pores .This product resonably priced and works good enough .One needs to be careful while using a dermaroller at homeA) Choose the right size of needle .For pores a .5mm roller is good enough while for slightly deep acne scars or pits , go for 1.5 mm.Do not try bigger size at home .B) .5 mm can be used more frequently .You can use it after a week if your skin is healed but space a month for 1 .5 mm and keep patience .It will give results as collgen production takes time .Never overdo it .C ) Needles should be properly sterlized before and after use .I use medicated alcohal commonly called ciprit available in all medical stores .Dip rollers in it fr some time and then let them dry before use .Make sure needles dont get pressed or damaged .D) Clean your face and hands properly before using dermaroller .E ) Dermaroll on face gently avoiding too much pressure or friction to avoid scarring .F) Dermaroll vertically ,horizontally,and diagonally 5 times each .Do not over do.G) For effective results make sure your skin is tight and stretched so that tiny holes are made by roller evenly .H) Most companies sell very high serums making you believe that its the serum that heal your scars but actually its your body/skin's self healing mechanism post injury that increases collagen and heals scars not any costly serum .DO NOT OVERSPEND !!
