I have really dark blue/purple under eye circles.** A: My daughter is a very fair, blue/grey eyed blond. MAC matched her to NC5. L'Oreal powder in N1 is a pretty perfect match. She tends to be a bit more yellow than pink (she doesn't turn completely red when she exercises). She doesn't tan, but doesn't burn easily either. She has dark circles and this is a nice, thick formula that covers well. I got her the "Porcelain" color. It is a good match. I hope this helps.
