A recently bought a new TV, so in the process of setting it up, I decided to use the power strip for my TV, soundbar, firetv, and cable box. I connected the power strip to my Wi-Fi and Alexa with no problems. Everything seemed to be going well. But then, about 4 weeks later, it just died. I do not believe it was due to a power surge because it was plugged into a surge suppressor which was plugged into a uninterruptible power supply, and nothing else in the house was affected either.
