Hopefully this helps you. **Q: Can this be installed upside down opening to the outside like an awning?** A: It could be installed upside down to the outside, but then you’d have to go outside to open it. I have mine installed upside down opening inside. **Q: I need this to fit in a 23-3/4" x 8-3/4" frame Will it fit?** A: It should fit **Q: Is this window ready for installation with a frame or does it need more materials?** A: I made my frame opening for a new construction project per rough dimensions. I installed it and finished it.
