It is cooling my CPU to about 20 degress cooler during gaming sessions, so very happy with how it functions. Its supper quiet as well and for the price really good. The packaging is easy to open and is re-useable you get spare fan clips and a small tube of thermal paste so you could remove and reinstall with out buying any thermal paste. Great value for £30.
