The thermal sensor is the best I've tried, and highlights thermal signatures extremely well. It has a dual band (2.4ghz, 5.0ghz) Wi-Fi output, and the ONLY thermal camera I've found that actually streams the video feed in REALTIME, with no noticeable delay. Build quality is excellent. No dead pixels. The USB-C connection gives me confidence that it won't break or wear out quickly. They even get back to you and let you know the device is registered and what the warranty end date is. The app is great, with 1 caveat. The app offers 16GB of free cloud storage. And you can access the Stream Vision cloud from your desktop or laptop. There are multiple ways to charge the battery too, so you don't have to worry as much about wearing out the USB-C port on the device. You can charge it through the USB-C on the XP50 itself. The battery itself also has a USB-C charge port so you can charge the battery directly. The battery also supports Qi wireless charging. Cons: The FOV is a bit narrow for my liking, as I am used to smaller lenses with lower base magnifications.
