Great low calorie thickener for whatever you use thickener for… This can be used for gravies, or making your homemade slime. Just slowly add to cold water, due to it wanting to make lumps if you add it too fast. It may be better to dissolve if the water is hot, I have not tested this yet. A little of this seems to go a long way, so a pound of this should last quite a while.
