Attention: the egg only develops its full flavor 3 days after being laid. In addition, you can hardly peel a fresh egg because the egg skin is still very firmly attached to the inside of the shell. Tip: write the laying date on the eggshell with a soft pencil. Store the eggs in a cool place, out of the refrigerator. I wouldn't say it is a particularly fine grain. **Q: Is this feed suitable for chicks as well? Or birds with smaller beaks?** A: Garvo do a feed especially for chicks because I’ve ordered it before in error! I use the 1055 for ny 5 bantams abd ut is a superb feed. **Q: Are the ingredients gmo free? Currently use fancy feeds layers for our 5 brahmas but over 20 quid for only 12kg seems very expensive?** A: I'm not sure whether it's GMO free but my 2 leg bars do like it . I know it's expensive but worth it . **Q: How much Garvo do you feed a day per chickens** A: I only have 5 bantam hens so a sack lasts me quite a while. I just feed them a few scoops a day and have never measured the exact quantity.
