This Foraging Star is beloved by the budgie, Australian Grassland (much like a finch larger, almost like a parakeet), lovebirds, and conures. I believe the cockatiel would also like it but she is more of a scaredy-bird. The shredder pieces go first, then the sisal. Birds jump on top, dangle from it, and grab it with their feet. The bell is intriguing as is the clapper to the bell. I have this on Subscribe and Save so it can be rotated between the cages to combat boredom. This toy is colorful, has the all-important bell that many birds love, sisal to crunch and tear apart, shredded paper to pull, tug, and toss, and some wood to work out the urge to bite.
