Comme l'indique son titre, c'est vraiment une bible.La première partie est dédiée aux explications de base sur le levain et sa fabrication. Vous apprenez à le créer et à l'entretenir. Il y a énormément de conseils faciles à suivre.La première recette (comme certaines autres) est très bien illustrée, avec de belles photos qui permettent de bien saisir le processus.J'ai attendu de la tester en faisant mon premier pain avec sa méthode, ce fût une réussite totale. C'est bien la première fois que je réussis aussi bien un pain.Les ingrédients sont simples, faciles à trouver, l'équipement aussi.Il y a beaucoup de détails qui assurent une belle réussite.Honnêtement, je suis conquise par la qualité de l'ouvrage. A sa lecture, on ressent combien l'auteure maitrise son sujet et son désir de partager vraiment son savoir.Un seul bémol, le livre est arrivé un peu corné sur le coin bas.
