It is super powerful, it has a 150lb resistance smart cable. It is user-friendly - simple to use. I like that I am able to track my progress with the app. It comes with a range of accessories to enhance our workouts and so that all muscles can be targeted.

I can use the Apollo board alone or in conjunction with my bench. I appreciate having the wireless switch to activate the resistance especially when I’m doing work with the bench because I can lay down and prepare myself before starting. It’s also like having a built in spotter, allowing me to use more weight when I exercise alone than I normally could with a heavy barbell. If you have your own favorite bars or attachments, those can work with this system as well. For example, I have some double pull handles that I like using. Each cable offers resistance up to 75lbs, which can be combined to achieve 150lbs total resistance for things like bench presses and squats. That’s huge! I like how much leeway it gives me personal growth in strength. The build quality feels robust and it is surprisingly portable to take anywhere. It would be great in something like an apartment space where storage was an issue. It can slide under my couch when I’m not using it. It is a fantastic machine.
