Does it do the job? I suspect it does, there's lots of air rushing out of the whole when you push the lid down and once you've locked it shut with the button, you cannot lift the lid out again until you unlock it. Is it 100% a vacuum? Lord knows frankly and I doubt anyone can really tell you for certain. But I'm happy with it as a way to nicely store my beans in a manner that probably helps them to stay fresh. Size wise, they’re perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice quality, works well *by J***J on 11 April 2026* I had umed and erred about whether to go for the brand leader or save £10 and go for this ? So far no problems, apart from lacking a dust cover this works perfectly. The silicon seals look to be durable and forms a tight seal. The canister is good quality and nicely finished. If there is a negative it would be the locking mechanism which feels a little flimsy but in effect not sure it needs to too solid and it works.
