The iPhone recognized the battery and performed well. I would buy this brand again. The seal kit was a perfect fit. ### ⭐ It works until it doesn't. *by T***Y on December 11, 2025* The first battery I received lasted about 6 months, and was a huge improvement over the original battery from Apple. At around the sixth month mark, the phone started to overheat a couple of different times, and I reset the phone, which stopped what appeared to be a cascade. Shortly afterward, the battery started discharging faster and faster, until I knew I had a battery failure. I contacted ASDAWN, and explained my problem by e-mail. Within a week, I received a replacement battery by Amazon delivery. The day I got it, the phone was only lasting about two hours before it was at 20%. After installing the replacement battery, I'm back to full life. A big thank you goes out to ASDAWN for honoring their 1 year warranty, and taking care of me fast. I could not rate this product five star, as the first battery only lasted about 6 months. The company gets 5 stars for the way they took care of their customer. Important! One month later. The replacement battery sent to me worked fine, until it didn't. one second I had 96% charge, and the next, the battery showed 1% charge and shut down my phone. No matter what I did, the battery would not charge. I ordered a battery from a different seller with overnight delivery, and charged the phone all night. I awoke to 1% charge showing on my phone. The new battery came in, and I installed it. I found the ASdawn battery still securely plugged in. No swelling, or other damage was noted on the battery. I contacted AsDawn again for a refund on their one year battery warranty, and was told to contact Amazon for the refund. Of course Amazon does not issue refunds on items over 120 days old, and the Amazon shipping number I was given on the replacement, valued at $7.29 would not trace, so they were not able to verify that that shipment even came out of their warehouse.
