I’m in them for 9 hours a day and it takes getting used to them for break in. However, with the non existent arch support the feet begin to ache after a few hours. they say there is a shank in them... I don't believe there is, it does have decent support for standing on a ladder, but you can fold the boot in half the other direction with your hands. After 1 week of use the threading on the toe has started to frail away.
