**Q: Can this be used with concrete subfloors and engineered wood?**
A: Our wood (engineered) floor was placed on top of a slap floor(concrete).  This product was used by the company that did our floor when I called them to repair a few hollow spots after the floor had been down three years.  They told me to purchase this online and that I could do future issues myself and save a lot of money.  I’ve used it once since then and it’s easy to do it yourself.  I recommend this product.

A: Will not work for laminate.

**Q: Can this be used on natural hard wood floors?**
A: Yes, lit can be used on natural hard wood floors.  We're using it on those type floors.
