A: Have looked on the packet and mine say made in Mexico. Hope this helps

**Q: Can you buy refills for these**
A: No you can't buy refills. It would be great if you could.  Saving the environment and all that.  I always buy these as they are pleasant to hold and a nice smooth reliable flow. I've no complaints but you've made me think now if I should look for pens that I can buy refills for. Maybe not cost effective but you've raised a good point.

Good quality pens with comfy grip that last long and dont smudge. Got these to help my 7 year old daughter with her writting, she has to use pencil grips on pencils so struggles using pens as they are very uncomfortable and it takes a lot of work/consentration which causes frustration. Since using these pens we have seen an improvement in writting and less frustration which is a double bonus. I have used paper mate pens in past and always find them good quality for money.
