A: It is recommended not to use it directly on metal doors, because metal may affect the signal emission of the door magnet, and any door/window of other materials can be perfectly used

**Q: What is the distance of use?**
A: The distance of use is at 600ft (182m) in open spaces and 300ft (91m) in indoor places. As the time of use increases, the power drop will also reduce the distance of use.（Walls and other obstructions may also affect the signal transmission distance.）

Have only had product since 1st April but does not work all the time. It is intermittent and cannot be relied on! On product details it states 90 days to return/replace but Amazon only have 30 day policy. No way of contacting seller either! Edit….. managed to contact seller and they replaced item even though Amazon only gives 30 day replacement seller was good to their word. Product replaced, working well. Lots of follow up and support from seller. Would definitely recommend as after care is amazing. Thank you ☺️
