Takes a little while to reach 90C but most of the time, it's almost there by the time I finish prepping so it's not that much of an issue for me. Build quality is excellent and the system is simple and intuitive. Size might be an issue if you're planning on making coffee for more than 2 people at a time but that's the case with most pour over kettles.
