Dealer was trying to push a transmission service for $350 on a 35,000 mile vehicle. In the Owners manual the interval was 60,000 miles. I took a leap of faith on this tool. It indicated that the vehicle in question still had 80% of initial fluid life capacity. To cross check, I tested fluid on a truck with over 200k miles and a fresh transmission rebuild…99% life capacity. Tester paid for itself on first use.
