Excellent customer services from the manufacturer. *by J***N on 8 July 2020* I was a bit suspicious at first and just want give a try. A total surprise to me, it is indeed Never Stick and very easy to clean. There is a story about taking so long for a review. When the pan sets arrived, it was found that the largest sauce pan was misshaped so that the lid does not fit the pan. Noted a few review comments of misshaped pan on Amazon. There are obviously two options to me: return the whole set to Amazon for a refund or contact the manufacturer for replacement of the misshaped pan. I decided to do the latter. After sending a request to the manufacturer, I received a swift reply a few hours after and was promised to send me a replacement pan.
