Most of the food packs are very tasty and the shakes were excellent but you have to accept that the portions are small. I can honestly say I wasn't hungry during the week but you do crave certain textures of foods. This is a great programme if you want to kickstart your weight loss but it would have been difficult to have carried it on for longer. The pack doesn't include will power but if you can find that for yourself then you are going to lose a big chunk of weight fast (although the week itself will seem like a long time!). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it says on the packet *by X***T on 28 February 2018* I can only think all the negative reviews saying it doesn't mix properly aren't using proper shakers. They mix fine. I don't know what people expect with regards to taste either. No they're not gourmet Milkshakes, they're diet shakes that you mix with water. All things considered they actually taste pretty good, certainly better than a lot of other diet shakes out there. Miles better than the slimfast ones! They also do a good job of suppressing hunger. Overall can't complain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to work *by S***T on 23 June 2018* Seems ok. Taste is like flavoured milk - thin not thick. Had breakfast and 2 packs a day and lost 7lb in a week which is good. Dregs do turn black which is a bit worrying and not explained. Didn't feel hungry except for one night when added in a cup soup and apple.
