If you buy this case just know that it will NOT protect from falls like the TPU cases that inherently provide shock protection. This case is essentially fake leather laminated to pressboard and if/when there is an impact the substrate will crush and bend, transferring the force directly to your device. It’s definitely not a case you want if you drop your phone often but I do not, so it’s great for me. I do however think this is plastic leather and not genuine leather, after coming from an older Apple leather case. I could be wrong though. The color is also a bit lighter than the header image would have you believe it is.These are all easily overlooked due to how good of a value the case is.
