I fixed my sprayer into a position so it will essentially rain down. I have insanely high water pressure of about 90 psi. I find the spray to be comfortable even with high water pressure. I only took a few showers with this filter. It is too early to tell if the vitamin C is doing anything for my skin. I will update my review (good or bad) after I use the product for awhile. Edit: I have used my shower filter for awhile. I love it. This in conjunction with the AquaYouth 2.0 filter ensures that no chlorine is making it to my body. I bought an extra refillable cartridge from the AquaYouth website and ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) online. I can cheaply refill and replace my filters as needed.
