It is the best I've seen. However, after trying it out, I realized that this is not a beginner's jumprope, so I will be ordering a heavier extra cable from Elite - and happily, Elite makes their cables easily interchangeable. The speed cable is just too light weight for my beginner's skills - which means that it's so light I have no sense or hand feel of where the cable is in mid-air when I'm jumping. With the heavier cable, I will be better able to judge where it is in mid-air when I spin it, which will help me coordinate my jumping. Once I get up to speed and fully coordinated, then I'll be ready for the speedier lightweight cable. :-) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great rope *by T***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 19, 2018* The handles are sturdy and spin as advertised.
