It worked well for office of 10 people, after around 4 months the filters broke, which was dissapointing as the packaging said they should last 6 months. Contacted customer support, and Rachael B from Avalon was helpful is diagnosing what the problem is and sending us a new filter free of charge! It works like new again, couldn't be more grateful to her for her help.

as of 9/29/24 the listing still says it does hot, cold, and room temp water. this is untrue. it will do room temp water only if you shut the cooler off... OBVIOUSLY. so I believe they are misleading customers because it can't actually do all 3. the return process is a nightmare- you pay your own return shipping even though they are at fault, wait a month and REQUEST amazon to refund you. This honestly all felt fraud adjacent and I would recommend people do not buy products that are not handled by amazon.
