It was very difficult to put on we tried rubbing alcohol like another reviewer said it did not help so we ended up putting dish soap to help and it most definitely did slip right on the only downfall of putting the dish soap is that it would slip off so we'll definitely recommend for you to wait till the soap dries or don't put so much soap on. Other than that I have the quality has been really great so far and it fits perfectly on her scooter she loves it.
