The dual layer is hot, but a lot of binders tend to be. I have a 32B chest, 30 inch waist and 34 inch hips, so the closest sizing would have been the small. Unfortunately, that particular fit was off. It was incredibly tight in the hips and not tight enough in the chest area that I was trying to flatten. I was achieving better results with wearing 5 sports bras, and I think I'll have to return it to get an X-Small of the shorter length one.Quality wise, the binder is superb. The cotton lining is comfortable and it doesn't slip or roll up. I would recommend this binder to anyone looking for a comfortable bind, but would stay wary of your proportions as mine don't go well with this one.
