A strong smell of fermentation wafted out of the bag, as if the product had already started to spoil. While there was no visible mold, I would not trust the claim of a one year expiry date. There is no added sugar, which is a plus, but despite the smell, I tried a piece, and the taste was awful. I ended up spitting it out and trashing the bag. The pieces were not evenly dried, and none of them had a bright color. They were all dark, making me question the quality and freshness of the mangos used, and I also noticed that the product suggests refrigeration after opening for optimal freshness.
