First, the ugly, the small packs are annoying and can be challenging to open if you neglect to open ahead of time and your hands are already wet. Unfortunately, this particular formula only comes this way and you can’t buy a bottle or tube of it. But! This face wash does an amazing job of sloughing off dead skin and leaves your face ultra smooth! For that, I’ll keep dealing with the annoying packets (which is actually nice for traveling).
