Rosolek, czujac, ze zostanie wkrotce zdemaskowany, wyjawia prawde Kasi, wyznajac jej rownoczesnie milosc. Ich pierwszy pocalunek ze zdumieniem obserwuje matka dziewczyny. Sprawnie zrealizowana komedia ze slabym Scenarius/Screenplayem; "krol polskiego humoru" Adolf Dymsza nie schodzil z ekranu, grajac urzednika lombardu, jego mlodszego brata, a nawet niemowlaka. Niestety, ta wszechobecnosc nie uratowala filmu przed krytyka.
