I used a warm cloth to rinse off and it doesn’t leave any residual feeling on my face. It does great at removing my full coverage foundation and full coverage concealer. ### ⭐ Irritating, burned my only moderately sensitive skin -- and large penalties to return these expensive products!

Buyer Beware: Any return of these expensive Cleure products incurs a fee -- either 20% even if you've used the product once and found it burned your skin (as I found); or something less if it's unopened, even if you go to the trouble of returning it to them properly. This is a pretty rotten trick given that the Amazon description does NOT say anything about return penalties. Furthermore, Cleure's marketing language of "non-irritating, great for sensitive skin" is totally false and an over-promise. My skin is only moderately sensitive, and Cleure's "Cleanser for Dry Sensitive Skin" burned from the very first try. This return fee is not something that you have to pay in any store or on most Amazon products, so it is a particularly annoying feature of Cleure.
