It's very easy to clean and maintain. The overall surface size works perfectly for the 2-4 people I'm usually cooking for. I also like that I don't have another large outdoor thing to store if I bought a whole separate griddle. The surface is really thick and sturdy so I don't think there will be any issues with warping. All came out great, and delicious! The burgers were better than in a restaurant, chicken was moist and had a nice search. And the steaks were juicy and very tasty. I may not go back to the grill inserts. I followed the directions on how to season the flat top, and it was easy.
