Great steam cleaner with a few improvements to last model,it is the third Vax steam cleaner we have had over the years,simple to use and very efficient, can't imagine being without it,great multi purpose machine.

Really easy to set up and easy to understand how to use, the different attachments really help with any type of job & its pretty light weight and easy to put away when done with.

Overall, I’m really pleased with this steam mop. I’ve used it a few times now and it does a great job – my floors come up really clean and fresh each time. I’ve even used it on my oven, and it worked really well for that too, which was a nice bonus. It’s not completely perfect though. It can be a bit fiddly to use, especially when you’re getting used to it, and the detergent tank doesn’t seem to work consistently – it’s a bit hit and miss, which is slightly frustrating. Amazing product. Does what it says, does it well and is built brilliantly

Good quality and value for money. The cord is flexible with a good length and easy to wrap for storage. It comes with a bottle of solution, cleaning mats and different attachments for different cleaning jobs. its lightweight so easy to manoeuvre. I like the scrubbing head which releases from the main steamer head, good for stubborn marks on the kitchen floor.

My windows have never been as streak free so that a 5 star but starts to drop after this, it's big, bulky, shaky and fall over on its self, there is no hook for the very long cord and the actual window took moves about all over the place when you attach it so cleaning the windows was a chore but worth it, the position of the steam and handle make it awkward to use too and there needs to be an easier way to have all the attachments without having to have a big separate bag, it's does the job it says it does so can't fault that but overall it needs to be better, to bulky and awkward.

First one failed on second use. Replacement sent immediately under warranty and works great. 2 year extended warranty so got some piece of mind. Brilliant on cleaning grout lines and very fast to do 8x6m kitchen floor.
