Review: Won't ride without them. - I don't know WHAT I would do if I ever had ride w/o these grips. I was getting serious issues with my hands when riding my hardtails on longer rides. I use the GP1 on my hardtail but that would be too much for my FS mountain bike. These looked just right, and it turns out they are. Most MTB riders are not going to need this kind of grip, but my hands get tortured in my work, and a little extra ergonomic comfort really works for mountain biking. Paired with my good gloves, I have no issues with my hands anymore while riding with these grips. Other riders are saying that it has to do with bar/stem height, saddle position, etc., I've been through ALL of that. Everything for "fitting" is putting me in the correct position, this one really comes down to my hands. There's something else I think is important here as well. Often times when mountain biking, you want to have loose/light grip on the bars, and sometimes you need to grip tightly, depending of course on the terrain you're navigating through. When I need a sudden momentary tight grip and more control, these things distribute your strength more evenly. There's is more strength and force in your hand the closer you get away from your fingers and nearer to your palm. If some of that strength gets distributed to your GRIP, you'll distribute that strength as a far better grip on the bars leading to less fatigue. The grip of the pattern and material is superb. I would suggest you ride them with gloves, but I always say MTBing with gloves is a no-brainer anyway, and I have NO slipping issues at all, in any conditions even plowing down over some rough rock garden terrain. The collet mounting screw hasn't loosened or moved at all. There are a lot of high quality pro level grips for MTB that I think are fantastic products, but I wouldn't use anything else due to that extra material extension that I really have to ride with to eliminate fatigue. In the pic' you'll see they even look great on my carbon Stumpjumer with the orange detailed Deity Black Label bars! ~JSV
Review: Save your wrists, work well. - I’ve used these grips on theee different MTBs, and they help reduce wrist strain tremendously. They’re perfect mix of rubber and structure that works really well. They’re expensive, but worth it (I’ve tried the knock-offs - don’t bother!).

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What size are these? Ergon website says there are small or large size but description here says "one size".**
A: Small and Large label refers to how thick or thin the grip is. There is no difference in the length or ‘wing’ size between the Small and Large. The small grip is best for riders with small hands, those wearing thick padded gloves, and riders riding/racing technical mountain bike terrain. The large grip is best for riders with large hands, commuting, and city riding. Ultimately, grip size will be your personal preference.

**Q: Do the grips have very much cushion? I would prefer a thicker grip that has a lot of give for comfort.**
A: It doesn't have a lot of cushion. But, it does help distribute the pressure of the grip over a wider part of the palm.

**Q: Do these fit stationary bike handles without adhesive?**
A: These Ergon grips fit all normal bike handlebars and are fixed by a ring pressure lock, no adhesives needed, only a small Allen wrench is used (I think 4 mm.) . They should fit your stationary handlebar if they are the same diameter as normal bikes in the grip install section.

**Q: Hola, tengo dudas con las tallas, cuál es la S?**
A: la talla se refiere al ancho del soporte yo soy talla 10 de guantes mi talla es L, si tu tienes mano pequeña te recomiendo la talla s

Theyre good. Comfortable grips. Probably should have bought black ones. Orange ones need regular cleaning
