The chocolate is a flaked chocolate not a powder which you need really hot milk to melt it, but once melted it gives off a lovely smell. I tried the Hot Chocolate on its own with syrups and with Bailey's it tasted great each time. Only problem was my daughter has a reaction to dark chocolate and so never got to try this as it's a mix of milk and dark chocolate, I wish this had been stated somewhere as I would of bought her a different brand as Hotel Chocolat don't seem to do just a milk not chocolate. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Hot Chocolate! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom May 30, 2020* I Brought this as a birthday present for my mum and she said it was the best hot chocolate she had ever had!
