My husband and I decided to give it a try after 3 failed IUI and months of trying naturally since October of 2024.I’m on all the vitamins, tracking ovulation and body temperature. The only change after all this time was increased water to 120 ounces daily and using the cup.The cup was easy to insert but removing was a little tricky. There was no pain while the cup was in and I left it for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. Every time we had sex I used the cup which is easy to clean afterwards.
