I found one with all the features I wanted and purchased it for much less than in a retail store. It arrived on time in perfect condition, well wrapped and easy to assemble. For a small fee they delivered it to my upstairs bedroom. It was heavy so I am glad I had it delivered upstairs.Blue tooth works great and all sorts of different adjustments to get the perfect massage. Very quite.A toll free phone number answered any questions I had. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Buy *by T***. on February 13, 2025* This replaced my former massage chair. I am 5'6" and my head is just a little short of the neck massage, but putting a pillow under me solves that when I want a neck massage. It is easy to use and looks very nice. The are two reasons for not giving it a 5 Star Rating: 1) There is no backlight on the control panel so the chair must be used in a lighted room. Since I use my chair in the TV Room I came up with an inexpensive and easy fix. I purchased a small book reading lamp that is velcroed to the control panel and I turn the light on and off when I need to see the controls. 2) The instructions are very sparse and do not tell you how to get it into the manual mode. An online instruction book would be nice. I found that when it starts up it is in the auto mode and pressing one of the function buttons (like back massage) switches it into the manual mode and then you can select exactly what you want. I find this chair well worth the money and a less expensive choice over its $5,000 brothers. I am very happy with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick Response and Repair Satisfaction *by E***H on September 16, 2024* Few weeks ago, I was concerned about the massage chair because the touch screen controller wasn't working. I reached out to the company and they contacted me immediately. They inquired what the issue was and they sent a replacement. The company provided me all the support I needed. My family is enjoying every bit of the massage chair because it is working perfectly now.I won't fail to appreciate Mary, who was my contact person in that company, for her support and follow up.Thanks a lot --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/586832962-massage-chair-zero-gravity-full-body-massage-chair-extra-large](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/586832962-massage-chair-zero-gravity-full-body-massage-chair-extra-large) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
