The most common devices that drain rapidly are the kid's toys, particularly the kid's RC cars and of course, the multitude of remote controls used for TVs, set-top boxes, speakers and the like, and these batteries by Powerowl seemed a good alternative.In the box, you get 8 long-lasting lithium batteries offering 3000mAh of juice. I’ve so far used these on the Kid’s basketball hoop, which takes 3 double A’s to power the audio and LCD scoreboard and another 2 on the remote for the Soundbar in our living room. So far these are working great and I expect them to last a while considering the power output and the regularity of the usage of these devices.One thing to note, however, is how incredibly light these batteries are, they weigh considerably less than the typical AA batteries, which I’m sure has something to do with them being lithium rather than alkaline.
