I ordered this looking for a more hygienic way to irrigate and I was pleasantly surprised. The bottle is created so that the suction comes from the bottom of the bottle so there is no accidental backwashing. I used the nozzle connected to the shower hose and was very shocked to find it super efficient in the overall cleaning process. The only downside is that in the process of using the bulb some of the water leaked out. I am not sure if anyone else has had this issue. Barely had this thing maybe over a month and when i was unscrewing it to fill with water the pieces all fell apart, like cracked broken. I tried to fix it but it is just a leaky frustrating mess now. It is way over designed and slapped together very poorly. I am so annoyed. Terrible product. Like how hard is it to make one of these simple and sturdy.Heres my original review-- It definitely works, and it is comfortable and the right sizd for me, but I have a couple issues with it. Firstly the outflow of water is so slow. It's good that it's not like power washer force, but it's too gentle for how u line my enema. Second is the hole at the tip you insert. It is just slightly concaved enough that it can get a little dirty and it doesn't rinse out easily. And the water flow coming out is not strong enough to "unclog" it.All in all though it works fine, doesn't leak and the backflow stopper works as intended.
