I was about to order a size up, glad I didn't I got a 3x short and it fits perfect, I probably could have gotten a 2x short for a tighter fit but this size is just fine. I can easily put it on and my clothes fit underneath with ease. I'm 5'7 230lbs. The material is very lightweight and very comfortable the elastic doesn't grip my stomach like other brands do. I'm 5'7" 190 lbs and ordered the XL Short. They are on the baggy side but that is better than tight when you need room to move as I do. I haven't washed them yet so I am hoping that they will shrink a tad.
