I'm someone who always thought I had straight but frizzy hair, and I have been damaging it all my life. Since I've changed my hair care routine, stopped dry brushing and have been sleeping with my hair braided in a bonnet, which has helped so much with protecting it from getting pulled and tangled. I didn't realize how much my hair was shedding onto my bed until I got used to sleeping with this, wow.It's very soft and comfortable, the adjustable strap is incredibly helpful for getting just the right fit, and the band is a nice thickness without being too low over my eyes. I tried a different brand and was shocked at how much better this one feels, it stays securely in place and has plenty of room for long and thick hair like mine. I've machine washed and dried it, and it's exactly as soft as before. It has also really helped avoid hair products getting all over my pillows, and I don't get acne around my hairline between wash days like I used to occasionally.
