I have wasted so much $ on expensive supplements trying to figure out what was wrong with me! My fatigue started with my firstborn and then two years later, I found a doc who found my thyroid problems. He retired so I've been winging it myself for years as the chronic fatigue was all in my head. New mom, trying to keep career going and no support system. I was suffering from moderate chronic fatigue and was sliding into fibromyalgia. I was crying myself to sleep from the pain and popping pain pills after 7 years of not using a single drug. Even though Dr. Teitelbaum recommends a slow walking routine I was determined to get back into shape. I did a pretty intense cardio routine starting in July and started P90X 5 weeks ago. I was taking over 15 different supplements just so that I could barely function, in a high-stress job. Then, a friend saw Dr. Oz on tv: he recommended this as a great fatigue-fighter. I have a number of progressive, very informed and intelligent health care practitioners. However, not one of them ever suggested this to help me. Apparently, Corvalen is considered as support for chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia. Well, fatigue is fatigue.
