And i didnt like the fact that it didn't come by UPS it came by this different carrier that handles heavier packages. But once everything was put together and done ( my fiance used you tube as a referance) it really is a beautiful peice of furnature and extremely functional for my cat. she actually loves the bed. She has yet to use the scratching post but she probably will eventually.
