I want another to lay them side by side for rolling out dough. I was surprised to have the red of the wood transfer and wash off a little at first, so be advised that's going to happen. Still wonderful to have a solid slab wood cutting board with 0 glue free from cracks, cut well slightly diagonal to the grain. Looks like tigers eye when it's oiled.
